Malocchio and La Mama Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Malocchio Drinks whose principle place of business is at Brunswick VIC 3056.

2. The giveaway is open to Australian residents only and must be aged 18 years or over.

​

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

4. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter can be found on Instagram @tastemalocchio and

5. The giveaway will run from 4th March 2024 – 11th March 2024 11pm AEDT. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be included.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:​

• Must be 18 years or over to enter

• Australian residents only

• Be available to attend on the 21st March 2024 7.30pm at La Mama Courthouse, 349 Drummond Street, Carlton VIC.

• Follow both Instagram accounts @tastemalocchio and @lamamatheatre

• Like giveaway post

The promoter reserves the right to remove unrelated or offensive comments on the giveaway post.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify any changes to the giveaway to entrants as soon as possible.

 

There will be one winner and the prize includes:

- x1 Double Pass to Teeth and Tonic on the 21st March 2024 7.30pm at La Mama Courthouse, 349 Drummond Street, Carlton VIC.

- x4 Malocchio Hard Seltzers to be redeemed at the bar 21st March 2024

​9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

 

10. ​Winner will be chosen at random from all likes on the giveaway post that are received by 11th March 2024 11pm AEDT and verified by promoter.

 

11. Malocchio Drinks decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into.

 

12. The winner will be notified on Instagram via direct message on 12th March 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted via DM or does not accept the prize by responding within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

13. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

14. The winner’s name will be available 14 days after closing date by emailing: anna@malocchiodrinks.com.au

 

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

16. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

 

17. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
